Helping passionate businesses share their story is my passion, and why I created the 6-Month Communication Transformation program. Designed to help you develop a strong brand voice and strategy, optimize your content for search engines, create a seamless client journey, outsource tasks to free up your time, and learn how to monetize your business better, this program is truly the one-stop-shop to give your brand and your entrepreneurial self-esteem a well-deserved boost.

Once a week we’ll meet for a 40-60 minute live session to go through that weeks area of focus, next steps and where your business is currently at.

With plenty of room for customization to cater to your specific communication needs, here’s a quick breakdown of what our our 6 months together might look like:

Month 1 – Brand Story & Vision

After a thorough onboarding and a 60-minute live call, I’ll work with you to develop a mission statement and conduct a SWOT analysis to identify your business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. We’ll also establish the tone and personality of your brand through a brand voice exercise and create your brand origin story. As I get to know your business, I’ll begin to develop (or review) your brand platform to create clear and concise guidelines so that anyone involved in your operations can quickly get an overview and understand what your brand all about.

Month 2 – Optimize

We’ll conduct an SEO audit to identify areas for improvement and develop a content optimization strategy that aligns with your SEO goals. We’ll create a blog calendar that includes SEO keywords and topics, and set up a month’s worth of newsletters and broadcasts.

Month 3 – Client Journey

I’ll help you develop or review your Ideal Client Avatar (ICA) and their specific communication style to help target your marketing efforts. We’ll create/review your customer journey map that highlights the touchpoints where your clients interact with your brand and create/review an onboarding sequence that welcomes new clients and sets the tone for the relationship. We’ll also create a welcome kit for new clients that includes key information about your brand and how you work.

Month 4 – Outsource

I’ll help you develop a hiring plan that outlines the skills and traits needed for each role. We’ll create a job description and posting for the positions you are looking to fill, and create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) template for your assistant/VA. I’ll even help you onboard or update your assistant/VA in a 60 minute live session! As a bonus, we’ll also unpack 30 days of social media content that you can hand over to your VA or social media manager.

Month 5 – Monetize

We’ll go through how to repurpose content for social media, blogs, and emails. I’ll help you create/review a lead magnet and sales funnel that nurtures leads to convert them into paying clients. We’ll develop/review an email marketing strategy that includes newsletter and broadcast emails for the next month, and create a referral program to incentivize current clients to refer new business leads.

Month 6 – Let’s Play!

During our potentially last month together, I’ll want to leave you feeling inspired to continue what we have started. By now you’ll have a lot of clarity for how to effectively move forwards with your communication. I’ll show you ways to create engaging and complementing content for social media posts, emails, and blogs, playing with poetry, rhymes, quotes, mantras, etc. We’ll create your brand’s personal library of expressions and phrases, as well as a library of client testimonials and case studies that showcase the success of your services. Finally, we’ll review and update your content strategy based on the previous 6 months’ results.
